Termeria Flanagan dedicated nearly 30 years of her life to Bethesda North Hospital, where she was known for her quiet strength and unwavering work ethic. She always made sure her responsibilities were handled so others wouldn’t have to pick up her slack. During the Covid pandemic, Termeria was especially proud of herself for not missing a single day of work, showing her commitment and resilience in the face of challenges. Her honesty, positive attitude, and ever-present smile made her a beloved colleague and friend. Termeria never spoke negatively about anyone and was always ready to lend a hand or share a kind word.

Outside of work, Termeria loved to travel and cherished time spent with her family and friends. She created joyful memories with those she loved, always bringing warmth and laughter to gatherings. Her passing has left a deep void in the lives of her loved ones, especially her spouse and her 18-year-old son.
