My mother, Tammy Hamlett, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer the day after Christmas. The doctors told her she needed to gain 10 pounds in order to even be considered for a treatment plan, but she was unable to gain any weight because everything she ate or drank she would instantly throw up due to the cancer. Despite her strength and determination, she passed away on Sunday, March 22nd, 2026 at 12:15pm. She had just turned 65 on February 7th.
Tammy was an amazing, kind, loving, and beautiful woman who was cherished by so many people—her children, grandchildren, cousins, and friends from all walks of life. Her warmth and generosity touched everyone she met, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
We are raising funds to help pay for her cremation and to give her the beautiful service she deserves, surrounded by everyone she loved. Unfortunately, she did not have a life insurance policy, and the costs have been overwhelming for our family. Any support, no matter the amount, would truly mean the world to our family to help us through this difficult time. Thank you so much in advance for helping us accomplish this for our beautiful, loving mother.
