Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, February 13th at the Bakersfield South Stake Center at 10 am. 2801 S. Real Rd

On Friday, January 31, 2025, Steven Michael Garrett III was born. Although he was born premature, the doctor commented after just 12 hours of life how well he responded to treatment. The doctor used the word “astounding” twice. This was very heartwarming given his prenatal age.

Early Sunday morning, he experienced respiratory distress. He fought for several hours until we knew the Lord was calling him home to complete His errand. We said goodbye to Steven at 11:00 am this morning.

Steven will be transported from St. George, UT to Bakersfield, CA. Internment services will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery.
