Honoring Stephanie's Giving Spirit

Hello Family & Friends of Stephanie K. Pacheco, it is with an extremely heavy heart that my siblings and I announce the sad news of her passing on March 6th 2025. She passed peacefully with her children and siblings surrounding her at Sutter Hopsital in Sacramento. After a long almost 2 yr battle with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia), her body finally needed a rest, despite her fighting tough spirit we all know. Her cancer was actually in remission, but in the fight for a total cure, she experienced some complications post stem cell transplant, that sadly took her already tired body out. Our Mom was so loved and well known in her community, in both professional & friendly capacities. She was loved by all of her coworkers, management, & community leaders alike. Stephanie had a way of making everyone feel as though they were her favorite, and she was definitely the favorite aunt, sister, cousin, and friend. The last week of her life, Stephanie was in the ICU desperately trying to turn a corner. As you all know, medical bills are enormous, and although she was insured, we are wanting to cover all her remaining expenses and be able to give her the home going she deserves. If she had it, she would give it without a second thought in some way, shape or form. That’s just the person she was, such a beautiful and giving soul. We are just asking for anything to help towards her celebration of life & funeral expenses. Stephanie leaves behind her four children, who she was so very proud of, her beautiful grandson & granddaughter that she took every opportunity to brag about, & of course her best friend and partner Derick. We love everyone and appreciate all of the support.
