My grandmother, Socorro Torres—more affectionately known as Doña Socco—passed away on April 26th after a long battle with chronic health issues. She leaves behind her loving husband, four children, eleven grandchildren, and one great grandchild, all of whom were her entire world. Socorro was a remarkable woman who fought with incredible strength and resilience until the very end. Our family is immensely grateful that we were able to be by her side during her final moments, sharing love and memories that will last a lifetime.
As we navigate this difficult time, we are hoping to honor Socorro’s legacy by giving her the funeral she truly deserves.
