On Friday, February 25th, God received an angel. Sgt Chris Kostoff passed away. He was a dedicated police officer of the Lake County Sheriff’s Department for 20 years. He is survived by his Wife Tara, of 23 years, his 3 children Grace (20), Christian (17), Olivia (12). Tara is a special education teacher at Crown Point High School. Grace attends Valparaiso University and will be joined by Christian this coming fall. Olivia is a 6th grader at Taft Middle School. Sgt Kostoff deserves a memorial to honor him not only as a loving family man, but also for all his years of public service as a dedicated police officer. We’re asking for help through donations to cover the cost of the funeral services and the cemetery arrangement expenses. Any amount of donation is greatly appreciated. Thank you all and God Bless.
