My name is Louise Pierce, Sebastian’s first aunt and his mother’s sister. I’ m speaking on behalf of Sebastian’s immediate family. Sebastian‘s core family includes Toni Marie Hamilton his mother, Sienna Hamilton, his sister who all live in Weymouth, Massachusetts. They have been active in the community for over 8 years. Toni Marie’s roots are originally from the North Shore.

First and foremost, we are completely heartbroken at this recent tragedy, and the unspeakable devastation it has caused to so many families involved . We pray minute to minute for those fighting for their lives as we speak .

Sebastian’s sister Sienna, whom he called “Sissy” wanted to speak directly to those reading this. “My brother was the man of the family who had to grow up fast. My big brother was my best friend and protector. He would have done anything for anyone no matter what. He’s another boy living in a cruel world that unfortunately got the best of him.
He endured so many challenges that a young man should never have to face. We just lost our father on June 15th and he was completely lost and not himself. He was broken. “

My sister Toni Marie and our entire family have had such an outpouring of love and support for which we are so grateful. People who adored Sebastian and the family have been looking for ways that they could help and we decided that giving him a proper funeral is the best way that we can honor his memory.

It’s important for his immediate family to represent him exactly how we knew him and to organize his services, how he would have wanted them. We know him best.

Unfortunely, this is not the first tragedy to hit my sister. She lost her baby girl at seven months old to cancer, so the unthinkable has happened to this family twice.

We are respectfully asking for your love and support for my sister and her only surviving child, Sienna.

Thank you.
