Sean Johnson was a beloved husband, son, dad, friend and teacher. Sean passed away 1/15/26 after a tragic accident- doing what he loved- teaching, and being active with his much-loved students....Sean's loss is unimaginable for his wife, Alisa and their daughers Sasha and Annika.

Sean and Alisa are passionate, committed teachers, having taught in WCSD for several years prior to teaching at High Desert Montessori Charter School.

Sean loved teaching in all capacities- martial arts, skiing, math, gifted and talented, and any way he was able.

Everyone knows teachers are never in it for the money, they teach with passion for others, which will leave Sean's family in a time of hardship not only emotionally but financially..we want to support them to the extent that we can.
