Honoring Sade Johnson's Legacy and Memory

It is with a broken heart that we announce the passing of Sade Johnson at the young age of 21, and her heart dog Simba. If you had the chance to know her, you would know just how kind, passionate, clever, silly, and fiercely loyal she was. She was deeply dedicated to her community, especially within the dog world. And Simba was not just a pet to her, but her soul companion. Our hearts break for the pain she was in over the loss of Simba. The tragic and unexpected losses of both him and Sade feel so sudden and unfair.

We decided to make a fundraiser for her funeral expenses. Anything helps. We are trying to focus on what Sade would have wanted, and we think with enough help, we can honor her last wishes. Since this passing is sudden and unexpected, her friends and family were not prepared to organize a funeral and memorial.
