Honoring Ryder Shortridge: A Community Tribute

Lincoln County Little League has reached out to the Shortridge family and received approval to create a go fund me in honor of Ryder Shortridge. All proceeds will go to Josh and Joni Shortridge, his parents. The LC community hopes to alleviate any financial burden as the family plans for funeral arrangements and additional time off work with their children. All proceeds will go directly to the Shortridge family.

Ryder Shortridge passed away suddenly on September 16th. His parents are Josh and Joni. Ryder has a twin sister, Remi, and two older brothers who are also twins, Jaxon and Kadon. Ryder was easy going and adventurous. He was a vibrant and comical young boy who was heavily involved in the sports world. You could often catch Ryder on the baseball field at 1st base, wearing #23. In the off-season, he played basketball. Ryder was a huge supporter of Guyan Valley football, where he served as team manager, a role he took on with great pride.

To know him was to love him. He leaves behind an abundance of family, friends, teammates, etc. We ask for continued prayers for everyone.
