My name is Isai and I'm making this GoFundMe for my wife Lori's father, who is my father-in-law. His name is Ronald Wooge. Unfortunately, Ronald passed away last night at a Las Vegas hospital. He had cancer in every organ in his body due to working at the test site as an Atomic Hero. That's where they used to do testing on atomic nuclear bombs above ground before they changed it to below ground and tested new aircraft along with other top-secret tests and information they investigated. Ronald Wooge was the best father and had such a big heart that he would give the shirt off his back to help the homeless, neighbors, and family. He was a gentle soul and a Christian. He loved listening to 90.5 KSOS-FM, branded as SOS Radio, which played contemporary Christian music and was part of the Sounds of the Spirit network since the '70s. Ronald loved helping people in need. He loved gardening. He enjoyed going to Savers every Monday for the 50% discount plus his senior discount. He loved his daughter Little Lori, his itsy bitsy baby, and still called her that at 45 years old.

He also loved all of Lori's siblings: Robert, his little booboo; Raymond; Jason; Martina; and Julie. He loved all his siblings: Roger; David; Diane; Debby; and his beautiful baby sister, Dorrie. He loved his nurse Ellen with Nuclear Care Partners Home Health Agency, which worked specifically with nuclear atomic workers. He loved all animals, but cats were his favorite. He would feed all the cats in his neighborhood.

The reason we made this GoFundMe is to give Ronald a proper burial and funeral that a classic man and father deserves. Because he served our country as an Atomic Hero, he unfortunately became severely sick with cancer throughout his whole body due to the toxins and radiation from working at the test site.

He was on a fixed income, and this tragic event came so fast that it wasn't planned or expected to come up with funeral costs and a proper burial ceremony that he deserves as an Atomic worker who sacrificed his life for our country.
