Honoring Ron Reynolds: Support His Final Farewell

Donation protected
I am fundraising to help pay for funeral expenses for my dad, Ron Reynolds, who tragically passed away late Friday night.

If you were to ask my dad to describe himself, he would say he is a father first and foremost. He loved us more than anything in this world and would do anything for his kids. When I broke my neck, my dad dropped everything so that he could be my primary caregiver. In those first few weeks in the hospital, the only time he would leave my side was to widen the doorways for me to come home. For a year and a half he did everything that a nurse would do. Imagine your mechanic administering your medication through an IV, that was my dad. The last week of his life was spent celebrating Anna’s graduation from elementary school. My dad made sure that on Anna’s last day he was there to eat lunch with her, and in typical Ron fashion he made sure that brought enough food for all of the teachers and staff as well. Everyone ate tacos that day. The next day was Friday, the day he died and Anna’s 5th grade graduation. He took her earlier that week to pick out her graduation dress, he was so proud of her. That morning while Anna got ready, my dad sat down and filled out at least 10 cards and filled them with coffee cards for all of the front office at Anna’s school, literally one day after buying all of them lunch. That was my dad.

My dad always gave what he could and went above and beyond for the people he loved all the way up until his last day. I want to be able to do this for him. My dad deserves to be honored for the man that he chose to be, an amazing father and a good friend. Any donation you can give would be greatly appreciated and will go towards any and all funeral and death expenses so that his family and friends can say goodbye. Ron leaves behind his son Richard, his daughter Anna, his son Chris and his wife Amanda, and his three beautiful granddaughters, Kennedy, Aria, and Emily.
