Best old geezer saint we know. What a great great soul. -- Laura Geeslin
Ron is such an original. I’ve very tender feelings for him and I’m sure he is very blessed. -- Jeff Beth
I worked shoulder to shoulder with Ron on many Movement projects, such as: duplicating tapes in the Film and Tape Library, proof reading Collected Papers (not Ron's favorite job), jack hammering a stone patio (more up Ron's alley). Always the same loveable personality. A dear friend always. Jai Guru Dev John Clapp
Ron and I had lunch together pretty much every day for about ten years. When he had to leave here to be in assisted care we still had many meals together. We always had a good time. I could always relax around him, knowing that he would understand and be supportive. Just beneath that crusty surface lay a heart of gold, and that is why he has such a devoted circle of friends. And he was always making the assisted living staff laugh. He was focused on personal enlightenment and making this world a better place. A few days before he left us I visited him. Even though his body was clearly failing, he was still the Ron we know and love inside. I held the phone while he had calls with his two sisters and his old friend John. I am glad that he has finally gotten release from his challenging last few years. Such a fine person!
