Romeo F. Montemayor passed away on Dec. 9, 2025 in North Hollywood, California.

Romeo, also known as Romy by those close to him, was born in Carmen, Pangasinan, Philippines on June 14, 1945 and is survived by his loving wife Milagros B. Encarnacion, his son Ryan, Sienna (daughter in law) and two grandchildren.

He graduated in the University of Santo Tomas with a law degree who eventually became a lawyer for a well known transportation company (Times Transit) in the Philippines. He enjoyed retirement spending time with family and being an Uber driver for his wife.

Romy had a great sense of humor, finding jokes in any scenario. He also loved watching sports and was a huge fan of “Pacman”.

We are all saddened by his passing and he will be greatly missed.
