Roman Alexander Padilla
August 6, 1998 – March 3, 2026
Roman was truly one of a kind, a devoted son, a loving brother, and a friend who meant everything to so many. Roman was just 27 years old, with so much life ahead of him.
He had a presence you felt instantly. He made people laugh, made them feel seen, and had a way of bringing lightness into any moment. Whether he was at work, on the golf course, in the gym, or simply spending time with his family, Roman lived his life fully and with heart.
What makes this loss even more heartbreaking is how unexpected it was.
What began as a trip to the ER, after several days of what seemed like the flu and dehydration, quickly turned into something no one could have imagined. Roman was diagnosed with leukemia, something that had gone completely undetected. In a matter of hours, his family went from concern… to holding his precious hand, and having to say goodbye far too soon.
There was no time to prepare. No warning. Just unimaginable loss.
This family has already endured unfathomable heartbreak. Less than a year ago, they lost Roman’s father, Manny, unexpectedly. A loss that left a hole that could never be filled and this family is still trying to pick up the pieces from this .
And now, they are facing the devastating loss of their sweet Roman. It's simply unimaginable.
For a mother to lose her son… for Bianca and Jake to lose their brother… is a pain that no family should ever have to carry.
As they navigate this overwhelming grief, expenses are quickly adding up, and the family could use support during this incredibly difficult time. We are coming together to help provide some financial relief so they can focus on healing and being together.
If you are able to donate, any amount is deeply appreciated. And if not, sharing this page with others who knew and loved Roman means just as much.
Thank you for surrounding this family with love, strength, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
