My name is Emma Spicer, otherwise known as “Riley’s little sister” my entire life…with the heaviest heart and deepest pain, I’m going to try to raise funds for my sweet brother’s funeral. He was a bright light that reached so many…made them laugh and feel cared for. He was my best friend in life and a truly good person..such a big heart..he is gone too soon and I don’t think my family will ever feel complete again. Riley deserves to feel all the love those had for him and hear their goodbyes.
