Honoring Ricky Ray Reyes Jr (Reray)
Donation protected
Ricky Ray Reyes Jr, lovingly known as Reray, was a son, grandson, cousin, and brother to four sisters and two brothers. Reray was known for his honesty, kindness, and the wholehearted way he cared for everyone around him. After graduating, he set his sights on serving his country by participating in JROTC through school and dedicating his weekends to the Army National Guard Base in Sacramento, preparing for a future in the military. Outside of his studies, Reray worked at Corti Brothers, where he took pride in crafting deli sandwiches for his community and building connections with everyone he met. Tragically, Reray’s life was cut short, 8 days before his 20th birthday by a drunk driver while he was waiting at a bus stop after a school tour at UTI college in Natomas. He was exploring a future in HVAC, always looking for ways to build a better life for himself and his family. His loss has left a deep void in the lives of those who loved him, and his family is now facing the difficult task of arranging his funeral while coping with their grief. We are raising funds to help cover Reray’s funeral expenses and to honor his memory. Any support, whether through donations or by sharing his story, will help our family during this incredibly hard time. In addition, please keep our family in your prayers. Thank you for helping us remember Reray and for standing with us as we say goodbye to someone who meant so much to so many.
