It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Rick Rodriguez, a beloved member of the CS Contract Solutions family, who lost his courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, May 28th. Rick was one of those people who made every room a little brighter just by being in it. A dedicated member of our HR team, he showed up every day with a positive attitude and a good spirit that never wavered, even through the most difficult season of his life. His strength and resilience in the face of his illness was nothing short of remarkable, and it left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Outside of work, Rick had a passion for gaming and loved nothing more than immersing himself in virtual worlds with his Meta Quest goggles. It was his happy place, and a reminder that even in the hardest of times, he always found a way to find joy. Rick may not have had a large family, but what he did have was something just as powerful, a small, tight-knit circle of truly loyal and devoted friends who stood by him through everything. Those friends were his family in every sense of the word, and they are now faced with the unexpected burden of funeral and end-of-life expenses during an already devastating time.
We are asking anyone who knew Rick, or who simply wants to honor the memory of a good man who fought hard until the very end, to consider contributing to help ease that burden. Every dollar donated is a direct act of love and support for the people who were closest to him and who will feel his absence the most. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity and kindness. Rick would have been so touched to know how many people showed up for him. Rest easy, Rick. You are already so deeply missed.
