Honoring Rick Horton’s Heroic Legacy

Donation protected
On December 1st. 2025 my Dad Rick Horton was driving when he had a heart valve episode. During this event he wasn't alone his brother William and close friends Jeff n his wife were in the car with him. He had the strength to pull over and turn on Hazzard lights to put the car in Neutral and stepped on the brake. The day of weather was foggy. My father is a hero! Saved there lives this evening. Unfortunately, he was sent to Providence medical center where he had a long battle fighting for his life. Decemvber 1st. To December 19th. 2025 was a lengthy stay. Unfortunate due to many health complications he didn't survive. He left a whole in many of our hearts. My father was the type of man to give you the t-shirt off his back. He was selfless n all he did for many even his children n grandkids. He never questioned any one in need. He was first to step up. N now I'm asking for help to finance all his affairs from cremation, to burial assistance, and to his debts/bills. That is now left upon his wife and children to pay off. No donation is too small all and any is most appreciated during this difficult time during the holidays we truly appreciate any and all who can simply donate or even share during our difficult transition. As we prepare for our next journey. Thank you for your time. Furthermore, my dad's service will be on or about January 2nd 2026 with legacy funeral home on Klatt road, between 1pm to 3pm. To be determined if change..will update later for now we have to establish a goal for pay off total cost. Thank you in advance
