I've known Richard most of his life, from watching him play outside the engineering firm after school pick up with my children, through his pre-teen goofy years, and finally at 17 years old, when he came to work with the crew at Permit Tech. Richard was a cherished member of our team for several years, and his presence brought so much joy to our workplace. He was known for his contagious laugh, kind heart, and the way he could brighten anyone’s day. Over the years, we watched Richard grow into an impressive young man, always willing to lend a hand and share a smile. He was not just a colleague, but a friend to many, and his love for animals was unmatched—every dog in the office will miss his snuggles.

His passing was unexpected and very sudden, leaving his mom and two brothers facing unimaginable grief. As a team, we want to honor Richard’s memory and support his family during this incredibly difficult time. The funds raised will go directly towards memorial services and help provide some financial relief as they navigate the days ahead.
