Honoring Richard Padilla's Loving Legacy

Sadly, yesterday morning, my mom received the most devastating news that my brother, Richard Padilla, her only son, was killed in a hit-and-run accident near the freeway on Watt and Auburn Blvd. At this time, we don’t have all the details, but we are deeply saddened and cannot wrap our minds around how cruel someone can be to leave a man dying without attempting to help him.

My brother had the biggest heart; he was funny, caring, a protector of anyone he loved, and he would literally give you the shirt off his back even though he didn’t have much to give.

The unexpected loss of my brother is something that we were not prepared for. I know times are rough for many, but if you can, we would greatly appreciate any donation or sharing our story to help us lay my brother to rest. All proceeds will be used towards funeral expenses, and anything remaining will be given to his only daughter, Annabelle Padilla.
