On September 8th, our Herc Rentals family suffered an unimaginable loss with the passing of our driver, Randy Buschman. He wasn’t just a coworker, he was a friend, a mentor, and the type of man who showed up every day ready to get the job done with pride and grit. His tough love and “get it done” attitude pushed us all to be better, and his presence will be deeply missed not only in our branch but across the lives of everyone who had the privilege to know him.

This tragedy has left a hole in our hearts, but even more, it has left his family facing an uncertain road ahead. We want to rally together, as coworkers, friends, and community to provide financial support to help ease the burden of funeral costs, daily expenses, and anything else his loved ones may need during this incredibly difficult time.
