My name is Jamell Brady, and I am the father of Tanayia, the oldest granddaughter of Ralph Perez. I am sharing this message on behalf of the Perez family during an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time.

Ralph Perez passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, leaving behind his loving wife Sandra, his daughters Priscilla and Jackie, and his son Tito. He was a devoted husband, father, and a proud grandfather. His passing is still very recent, and the family is grieving deeply—especially during what is typically a season meant for joy, reflection, and togetherness.

Ralph shared an especially close bond with his oldest granddaughter, Tanayia, who is only 19 years old and considered her grandfather her best friend. With humility, courage, and love for her family, she has stepped forward to ask for support during this unimaginable time.

The family is facing unexpected expenses associated with honoring Ralph’s life, including the viewing, memorial service, and transporting him from Tacoma, Washington, back home to New York, where his family, roots, and lifelong friends reside.

Ralph was a man who would do anything for his family. If he were able, he would have taken care of all of this himself. Any support given—financial or otherwise—would help ease a heavy burden and mean more than words can express to those he loved so deeply.
