Honoring Rachit Patel

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the devastating news of the sudden passing of our friend, Rachit Patel, on September 30th, 2024. At 20 years old, Rachit was in the prime of his life. He was an amazing, wonderful soul that deeply impacted everyone around him. His family and friends are incredibly blessed to have known him.

Rachit wasn’t just exceptionally intelligent—he was one of the most ambitious people that any of us had ever met. He was remarkably adaptable, handling any hardship thrown his way with quiet resilience and a smile. He poured his heart into everything he did, whether it was his studies, his work, or simply being there for his friends and family. He was the person you could always count on for a positive outlook, the one who carried the weight of those he loved on his shoulders, never asking for anything in return.

His passing has left a void that words cannot describe. We’re not just mourning a son, a brother, and a friend; we’re mourning a soul so pure, so giving, and so full of love that it’s hard to comprehend life without him. As we grapple with this unbearable loss, Rachit’s friends would like to honor him in the way he would have wanted—by coming together to support our communities in this unfathomably difficult time.
