We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of PJ, a devoted father who leaves behind his 11-year-old daughter Alyssa.

This fundraiser has been created to assist with funeral and memorial service expenses. Any funds remaining after services are covered will be dedicated to supporting PJ’s daughter Alyssa and her future needs.

In addition to these expenses, Alyssa has ongoing medical and prescription needs, and the loss of her father’s health insurance has created additional unexpected costs.
