Honoring Peter Hendzlik: Support His Family

The University of Rochester Class of 2024 and many other members of the URMC community are mourning the loss of our friend and classmate, Peter Hendzlik. Peter was a fierce advocate for medical students, patients, and everyone else around him. He was a medical-student-researcher poised to become a fantastic surgeon, and he was taken too soon. Peter was an educator of other medical trainees, a rock climbing instructor, and just an overall passionate, wonderful person who touched an incredible number of lives. We will truly miss him.

We would like to raise money for Peter's mother Beth and brother Caleb, to offset some of the costs associated with such a loss. We, his classmates in medical school, will be transferring all funds when the family is in a position to receive them.
