On January 23, 2026, we suddenly lost our father, Pedro “Pete” Camba. He was a devoted husband and father, and the steady foundation of our family. We’re heartbroken, and we want to lay him to rest with dignity.

At the same time, our family is facing urgent medical needs. Our oldest sister, Elaine, is in hospice, and our mother is still recovering from a craniotomy in 2023. Dad’s passing also created an immediate financial gap. His pension helped support the household, and we’re now navigating everything without that support, all while covering urgent and ongoing expenses.

We’re raising $40,000 to help cover:

• Dad’s funeral and burial costs

• Elaine’s hospice care and end-of-life services

• Support for our mom’s essential living and medical needs

• Essential household bills and short-term support during this transition 

Any remaining funds will go toward ongoing care needs for our mom, hospice-related expenses for our sister Elaine, and helping our family through this transition. We’ll share updates as we finalize services and cover major expenses.
