Hi, my name is Brittany Holmes, and I’m raising funds for Douglas Baker’s wife during this incredibly difficult time. She is a 77 year old woman who works full time just to make ends meet, and now with this she isn’t able to work right now.

Douglas was one of those rare people who made everyone feel welcome. He loved to fish, play pool he has won some matches, and some of the best memories we have are of him hosting dinners at his place—good food, lots of laughter, and everyone gathered together because that’s just who he was. His home was always open, and his heart was even bigger.

He was an awesome man—strong, steady, and full of honor. We always said he was made of steel, not just because of his strength, but because of his integrity, loyalty, and love for his family.
