It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mother on May 19th, 2025. Her loss has left our family heartbroken, and we are doing our best to navigate this incredibly difficult time.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help cover the costs of her celebration of life and to pursue legal assistance. Our mother was under medical care for sleep apnea, and we as a family believe that the medical team did not act in a timely or appropriate manner. We believe that with proper care, she would still be here with us today. Because of this, we are seeking justice on her behalf.

The celebration of life will take place in Arizona so that her friends and family can come together to honor her. We will share more details as soon as we are able and will continue to keep everyone updated along the way.

Funds raised will go toward:

• Celebration of life expenses in Arizona

• Legal fees as we seek accountability for the care she received

• Supporting our family during this unexpected loss
