Honoring Patricia Genery’s Memory

Patricia Mary Genery was a loving and caring parent and grandparent, remembered for her warmth and kindness. As a mother to three sons—Jimmy, Curtis, and Matthew—and the eldest of three sisters, Lisa and Nikki, Patricia was the heart of her family. She cherished time spent with her best friend Janie, loved animals (especially cats), and found joy in the company of her four grandchildren: Rhianna, Adonis, Anastasia, and Ava Lee. One of Patricia’s favorite traditions was the Sunday dinners her parents would make. She loved these gatherings not only for the food, but because she knew her kids, her parents, her sisters, and their children would all be together, sharing laughter and making memories. Her life was filled with these moments of togetherness, laughter, love, and a deep commitment to those around her.

Patricia bravely battled COPD for 14 years, with the last year being especially difficult. Despite her health challenges, she remained strong and continued to be a source of support and love for her family. Her passing has left a significant void in the lives of everyone who knew her.

We are raising funds to help cover the costs of Patricia’s funeral services and cremation. Our goal is to give our mother the farewell she deserves and honor her memory in a way that reflects the love she gave to all of us. Any support from friends, family, and the community will help us through this difficult time and ensure Patricia receives a dignified and heartfelt goodbye.
