Many people have seen miracles, known strong fighters, and even met real-life heroes. This Gofundme account is to support the family of one of the toughest, mightiest men who fought many incredible battles . This fighter led an incredible family of some of the toughest warriors. Their family experienced many miracles, with the most magnificent of all miracles this past week. After Pat Williams' toughest fight of all, against not one but two cancers, he accepted the Lord into his heart and went home to be with his Heavenly Father. Pat was determined to beat Multiple Myeloma AND Neuroendocrine, both cancers caused by carcinogens while fighting fires, to stay on earth to continue loving his family. However, when his body just couldn't fight anymore, his Heavenly Daddy freed him from his pain and suffering. On Friday, February 23rd, Pat took his last breath and joined his heavenly family. The Lord is now celebrating His son's life well lived and his homecoming.
Pat lived a life of servitude, often sacrificing his own to save the lives of countless people from fires, as a firefighter for the Kansas City Fire Department for 38 years. In addition, he saved many hearts of foster children whom he loved and cared for as if they were his own. Throughout their 16 years of marriage, Pat and Jenny fought to ensure their family was made complete through the birth of their biological son (and medical miracle) Caden, and the receiving of their adopted children JJ and Hayleigh. Though it would have been easy to give up, he and Jenny fought time and time again to provide a loving, safe home for their family of 5. There are not enough words to describe this family's incredible story, the challenges they have faced, and their amazing hearts. Through the many battles Pat, Jenny, Hayleigh, Caden, and JJ have fought together, extensive medical bills, funeral costs, and future needs make the next part of the journey incredibly difficult.
