My name is Ronda and Valerie Rose Shell Track (Kruck) was my closest sister. We were the youngest daughters of 7 children (eldest to youngest-Caroline, Alison, Lindsay, Charles, Valerie, Ronda, Alvin) to Wanda Shell Track.

She was the mother to 3 children; Devin Takoda (16), Avangelina Wastewin (13) and LoveyLee WandaRose (4). She'd also taken in and helped raise my own 2 girls Asher Lux (7) and Ashton Wanda (6) for 2.5 years.

In 2011 my sister was diagnosed with Lupus during a time we thought we were losing her forever. Since that time she made full recovery and went into remission but still struggled with health problems and flare ups regularly. She was a fighter!

In recent times though, she had been having yet more, what we thought were, regular issues with her health. Unfortunately, that was not the case...February 26th she began to feel "off" and her son called an ambulance where she was taken to a hospital in Bemidji. They informed her that she was in fact having a stroke. She called me at approximately 830pm and said she needed to be airlifted to Fargo after they'd told me they were going to administer her a blood thinner.

With a heavy heart, our dad called me at 2am and said she'd gone into a coma due to bleeding on the brain from rupturing and they called him to come right away to make all her final decisions...

She passed on Wednesday February 28th at 5pm.

This was devastating to our family and her many friends but most importantly, her children! She'd dedicated her whole life to them and they adored their mother beyond words...Devin was her greatest help.

We have coordinated all of her services and any help is welcome financial or even to lend a hand or kind words!

She helped SO MANY people in her 36 years of life!

Let's honor her by reciprocating her helpful ess and selflessness.

Her wake and ceremony will be held Thursday March 7th at

Gitchitwaa Kateri Church

Visitation begins at 3pm

Meal in her honor at 4:30/5pm

If anybody would like to stay with her that night is welcome!

She was enrolled at our moms reservation Standing Rock in Cannonball North Dakota where she will be laid to rest next to our mom ❤️ the following day around2-3:00pm

Any financial help will go towards her services, burial (including each individual involvedim ceremony, food+, transportation funds, etc) most importantly-expenses for her children and the people making this happen in the way she deserves!
