Description: On March 27th, our family experienced an unimaginable loss when my mom passed away unexpectedly. She did not have a policy in place to cover funeral expenses, and her passing has left us heartbroken and unprepared for the financial burden that comes with saying goodbye.

My mom leaves behind six children, including my younger sibling who is a senior in high school and has prom coming up next month. With everything happening so suddenly, we are doing our best to support each other through senior year milestones while also trying to honor our mom’s memory. Unfortunately, we are not fully prepared to pay for an entire funeral and memorial service on our own.

We are reaching out to our community for help during this difficult time. Due to my great grandma also passing the day after my mom, March 28, it has made finances really tight. Any contribution, no matter how small, would make a meaningful difference and help us give our mom the farewell she deserves.
