I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my best friend Anisa Serani and her family, who are going through an unimaginable loss.

With the heaviest hearts, we share that her beloved father has passed away after a brave fight with lymphoma. He spent his final days in the ICU, intubated, surrounded by love. This sudden loss has left their family completely heartbroken.

He was a devoted father, a hardworking man, and the foundation of their family. His love and strength meant everything to them, and losing him has created a void that can never be filled.

As they grieve, they are also facing the overwhelming financial burden of funeral expenses and fulfilling his final wish—to be laid to rest in his homeland in Europe. The cost of transporting him overseas, along with the funeral arrangements, is more than the family can manage during this painful time.
