Our dad fought hard through so much in life. Now we just want to honor him by giving him the peaceful goodbye he deserves.

Our dad, Scott Kenney, was truly one of a kind. He wasn’t perfect; he fought a long and painful battle with alcohol addiction, but through every struggle, he never stopped trying. He always showed up the best he could and loved us with everything he had.

He was the kind of dad who’d do anything for his kids, and he treated everyone in our family like his own. He was funny, stubborn, protective, and full of love. No matter what life threw his way, he always found a reason to keep going.

We’re creating this GoFundMe to help cover our dad’s final arrangements and give him the peaceful goodbye he deserves. After everything he’s been through, we want to honor him the right way, with dignity, love, and the same loyalty he always showed us.

Money is definitely a factor, as we didn’t expect to lose our dad at this stage of our lives. He is currently in the end stages of his life, and we’re just trying to prepare now, hoping to ease the financial burden that comes with final arrangements and allow us to focus on spending time with him.
