We lost my dad today, and it doesn’t feel real yet.

He was the main guy—funny, charismatic, he lit up a room, made people laugh, and never pretended to be anything he wasn’t. Hard-headed, tough, no-nonsense, a Marine through and through. Smart, strong, with a temper and an attitude—but he carried a light that people felt and helped anyone in need without expectations.

Él era el pilar—divertido, carismático, iluminaba cualquier lugar al que llegaba, hacía reír a todos y nunca fingía ser alguien que no era. Terco, fuerte, directo, un Marine de principio a fin. Inteligente, fuerte, con carácter y actitud—pero llevaba una luz que la gente sentía y siempre ayudaba a quien lo necesitara, sin esperar nada a cambio.

Estamos pidiendo ayuda para cubrir los gastos del funeral y el memorial mientras tratamos de sobrellevar este momento tan difícil. Gracias por el amor, las oraciones y el apoyo.
