Our hearts at the League of YES are broken beyond words.

We are saying goodbye to an incredible man Rob, Bob, Bobby Meyer… but to many of us, simply “Rob Bob.” He was a devoted husband, a loving father, a loyal friend, and from day one, an extraordinary Coach for the Blue Jays at the League of YES.

Rob Bob didn’t just coach baseball he built confidence, created smiles, and made every player feel like a champion. He showed up with patience, kindness, and a heart that was bigger than the field itself. He believed in our players, celebrated their victories (big and small), and gave so much of himself to this community.

Since late October, Bob had been in the hospital fighting a battle that no family is ever truly prepared for. During that time, the emotional weight has been unimaginable and as we all know, the financial burden that comes with a long hospital stay can quickly become overwhelming.

Many of us have been asking, “What can we do to help?”
