Honoring Otis Leon Ramsey

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved father, Otis Leon Ramsey, who was born on June 13, 1976, and left us far too soon on January 29, 2025, due to cardiac arrest. His sudden passing has left us devastated, and as his children—Rosalia Peña, Devin Ramsey, Noa Ramsey, Deja Ramsey, Elijah Ramsey, Jameer Ramsey—we are doing everything we can to give him the homegoing he deserves.

Our dad was a man of deep passion and creativity. He poured his heart into his art, whether through tattooing, drawing, or music, always expressing himself in the most beautiful ways. He touched the lives of so many, leaving behind memories that will never fade.

Unfortunately, the financial burden of funeral expenses is more than we can handle alone. We are reaching out to our community, friends, and anyone who can find it in their hearts to help us honor our father properly. Any contribution, big or small, will make a world of difference in allowing us to lay him to rest with the dignity and love he deserves.
