Oscar was my brother, and he was someone who truly brought light into every room he entered. He struggled with drug addiction and mental health challenges, but he never let those battles define him. Oscar loved listening to music and was always eager to learn more about his indigenous culture, finding joy and meaning in both. He was easy to get along with, and everyone who met him has a funny or crazy story to share. There was never a dull moment spent with Oscar, and his laughter and spirit touched so many lives.

Sadly, Oscar died by suicide, leaving our family and friends heartbroken. This was an unexpected loss that none of us were prepared for, and we are doing our best to honor his memory and celebrate the love he shared with all of us. The funds raised will go directly toward memorial service and funeral expenses, helping us give Oscar the farewell he deserves and supporting our family as we navigate this difficult time.
