Oscar was an amazing hard working man! Always put others first, and lend out a hand to hold on to, a back to lean on and a shoulder to cry on. He made a huge impact on everyone that crossed his path, and always had a smile on his face. Always put his Wife, Kid's, and Family were good no matter the situation! Loved riding his bike, with his music full blast. He will be missed, yet never forgotten
