We are friends and co-workers of the Richards family, and are raising money to alleviate the financial burden of funeral costs as they navigate this devastating time of burying their daughter Olivia Jayden Richards.

Friday , February 1st was like any normal day for the Richards family. Fred and SueAne tucked in their 11 year old daughter. When they did their routine check-in around midnight they found her unresponsive. Fred and SueAne, Medical personnel, and the hospital staff were all unable to revive her. Losing a child is every parents nightmare, and words cannot describe their feelings at this time.  

Olivia ("Livy") was born with a rare genetic disorder, CDKL5, which has similar symptoms of epilepsy. Despite her diagnosis, she was a shining light in her family and a great teacher to those around her. Livy's zest for life could be felt by anyone who met her, and she will be greatly missed.

We appreciate your contribution to help this family. Per the family's request, any additional funds raised over the funeral costs will be donated to the International Foundation for CDKL5 Research.

Anyone is welcome to attend her service on Monday, Februrary 11, at 10am. Her service will be held at the Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City located at 817 Almond St. Yuba City , CA 95991
