Hi my name is Jessica Griswell, sister and lifelong friend of Widow Leah Franklin. I am creating this memorial fund for the benefit of the family ( wife-Leah Franklin) of our fallen officer and hero Henry Franklin, killed in the line of duty 10-6-2025.
