January 18th, 2026, my mom, Norma Rosa, left this earth in peace. She had a few underlying conditions that made her immunity really weak. On December 26, 2025, I took her to the hospital for a situation that the hospital cured. However, the second week in the hospital, things took a turn for the worse. Three weeks in the hospital, and we kept getting good news and bad news. My mom ended up in the ICU in critical condition. She did not suffer, feeling no pain because she was sedated. She fought a good fight, but her lungs said otherwise. My mom told me to fight until the end, so my dad and I did exactly that. I can't speak for everyone else, but I am relieved she no longer has to deal with her conditions. She is now with my brother (her son) and her father. ❤️ She left this earth with no regrets or sadness. She left with a fight and loved ones all around her. We will miss her dearly; this is just a see you later, NEVER a goodbye.
