Honoring Norah Celeste's Life

With very heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Norah Celeste after an unexpected battle with stage 4 glioma in her brain. This devastating illness took her from us, but it could never take away the light, love, and kindness she brought into our lives and the world.

Norah was a loving daughter, sister, and friend. She was a joy to everyone who knew her. A model student, she loved reading and sports. She excelled in soccer and track. Norah also loved music, playing the piano and the cello.

Even in her hospital bed, Norah found a way to serve others. She spent her hospital days writing encouraging notes to other pediatric cancer patients. She reminded them that they were not alone. Her two great dreams were to attend college and to help struggling families thrive, but she never had the chance to fulfill them.

Today, we ask for your help in celebrating Norah’s beautiful life. We are raising funds to cover medical expenses, funeral costs, and support for our family as we face this loss. 

If you knew Norah, you know her smile, her humor, her great love for others, and her devotion to God. If you never had the chance to meet her, we hope her story inspires you as much as she inspired us.

Con el corazón pesado, compartimos la partida de nuestra amada Norah Celeste después de una inesperada batalla contra un glioma en etapa 4 en su cerebro. Esta devastadora enfermedad nos la arrebató, pero jamás podrá quitar la luz, el amor y la bondad que trajo a nuestras vidas y al mundo. 

Norah fue una hija, hermana y amiga amorosa. Fue una alegría para todos los que la conocieron. Una estudiante ejemplar, amaba la lectura y los deportes. Se destacó en fútbol y atletismo. También amaba la música, tocando el piano y el chelo. 

Incluso en su cama de hospital, Norah encontró la manera de servir a los demás. Pasó sus días escribiendo notas de aliento para otros niños con cáncer, recordándoles que no estaban solos. Sus dos grandes sueños fueron asistir a la universidad y ayudar a familias en dificultades a salir adelante. Nunca tuvo la oportunidad de cumplirlos. 

Hoy, pedimos su ayuda para celebrar la hermosa vida de Norah. Estamos recaudando fondos para cubrir gastos médicos, costos funerarios y apoyo para nuestra familia mientras enfrentamos esta pérdida. 

Si conoció a Norah, recordará su sonrisa, su sentido del humor y su gran amor por los demás. Si nunca tuvo la oportunidad de conocerla, esperamos que su historia le inspire tanto como nos inspiró a nosotros.
