Noel led Deming Cesar Chavez Charter School with all of his heart. His warmth, compassion, and deep commitment to students defined his leadership and inspired all who had the privilege of working alongside him. Over more than 30 years dedicated to education in New Mexico, Noel shaped countless lives as both an educator and a coach, helping young people discover their potential—both on and off the field.

He was known for his charisma, kindness, and ability to make everyone feel seen and valued. His impact on the Deming community, and across our state wide charter community, is immeasurable. Students, staff, and colleagues alike will remember Noel for the light he brought wherever he went and the joy he shared so freely.

Our thoughts and love are with his wife, children, grandchildren, and the entire Deming Cesar Chavez Charter High School family during this time of profound loss.
