With heavy hearts, we share the devastating news of Nichole Shoultz’s passing. Nichole was taken from us far too soon because of a tragic act of domestic violence. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend, who was cherished for her kindness, generosity, and spirited sense of humor. Nichole often put her own struggles aside to support others, always bringing laughter with her jokes and her enthusiastic personality. Everyone who knew Nichole recognized her resilience and her warm, giving heart.

The Tragedy

On May 2, 2026, Nichole was involved in a fatal incident following a fight with her abuser. She was in a major vehicle accident, and what ensued after resulted in Nichole losing her life. Despite an order for protection being in place, her boyfriend failed to call 911 after finding Nichole unresponsive after the crash, delaying critical medical attention. This heartbreaking failure to act cost Nichole her life. She leaves behind five children and a grieving family now seeking justice and healing.

Nichole’s Legacy

Nichole’s five children now face life without their mother, which is an unimaginable loss compounded by the suddenness of this tragedy. Our family is left to navigate the pain and uncertainty, unprepared for the financial burden that comes with such a loss.
