Tragedy has sadly touched our lives. God's child, Nate Patrick, lost his long battle with addiction on April 24, 2025. Facing critical illness and his insidious demon, Nate chose to end his fight, taking his own life.

This has shocked and traumatized his family and friends who loved him so dearly.

Nate was a Son, Brother, Grandson, and Father.

In sobriety, Nate was a kind, beautiful, loving person who would give anything to help someone else. Quick to smile, joke, and laugh.

Nate's family in Tennessee are reluctantly asking for assistance for funeral services and in returning him to Michigan, where his daughter & stepson, and the rest of his family and friends reside. The requested amount of funds is approximately what has been quoted for Basic Visitation, Services, Burial, and Transport.
