Greetings to all,

My name is Lacy Laughlin, and I am reaching out to our community in hopes of finding support during an incredibly difficult time. If you are able to help in any way, my brother and I would be deeply grateful.

Our beloved mother, Natalie Jo Chaney, passed away unexpectedly on December 19, 2025. She was a truly beautiful soul who meant so much to everyone who knew her. For more than 35 years, she dedicated her life as a nurse, caring for others with compassion and grace throughout Reno, Carson City, and Bakersfield, California. Her life was defined by service, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to helping those in need.

Our mother wished to be laid to rest in the earth, buried alongside her family. Due to additional unforeseen circumstances, we are struggling to cover the costs necessary to honor her final wishes. All we hope to do is give her the last gift we can — a peaceful place of rest beside her loved ones, exactly as she wanted.
