My heart breaks as I’m having to make this, Nana, an amazing mother, sister, aunt, wife, friend and most of importantly to me my grandmother, my rock! We are asking for support during this time as I’ve had to plan not one, but two celebrations of life this year’ this was also very unexpected! Just want to give her the memorial she deserves!
