I am raising funds to take my daughter and her mom to Hawaii to honor my son’s memory on the anniversary of his passing. My son was shot and killed by police, and not a day goes by where I don’t see that image of him being shot in his neck and heart. He didn’t have a chance of surviving, and it hurts so much to live with that pain every day.

Returning to Hawaii, where we spread his ashes, is deeply important to us. This trip will give us a chance to honor his memory, find some comfort, and be together as a family during this incredibly difficult time. The funds raised will help cover travel, lodging, and related expenses so we can make this meaningful journey.
